Order changes, cancellations, deposits, and refunds are subject to the terms provided at checkout, in your catering proposal, or in a separate service agreement. Because many items are prepared to order, some payments may become non-refundable after purchasing ingredients, scheduling staff, or beginning preparation.

We may offer options for certain dietary needs, but our products may be prepared in facilities that handle milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and other allergens.
